How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians check for a battery that's fully dead versus a charging-circuit fault that just looks like a dead battery (the device may power on fine from the wall with the battery removed, which narrows the cause immediately).
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Borivali require different tools than laptop repair — desktop-specific diagnostic equipment. Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house micro-soldering lab means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Borivali residents come to Xigox specifically for this.
