Xigox is Kanjurmarg West's leading independent specialist for Acer Computer repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Acer hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Acer product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Acer Computer models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. We actively serve the entire 400078 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near JVLR Junction, our service coverage extends across Kanjurmarg West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kanjurmarg West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kanjurmarg East, Kanjurmarg, Hiranandani Powai and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kanjurmarg West; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Computer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. A liquid spill is the most common cause for keyboard failure on Acer laptops in Kanjurmarg West. Even a drop of tea or water can short-circuit key sensors beneath the membrane. Our technicians clean and dry the keyboard layer, fix individual keys or swap the full keyboard. Keyboard replacements in Kanjurmarg West are completed same-day.

Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Kanjurmarg West doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Acer is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
