Our bench covers 9 distinct Acer series. That matters for Computer Optical Drive Repair, because a Aspire and a Aspire C are stripped down very differently. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Computer Optical Drive Repair in Pelhar. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire TC-1780, Acer Predator Orion 5000 and Acer Veriton M4690G. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Veriton M4690G is Acer's business desktop line — tower and small-form-factor options for corporate deployment at a competitive price point.
The Acer Aspire TC-1780 is Acer's mainstream consumer desktop tower — everyday home computing at an accessible price.
The Acer Predator Orion 5000 is Acer's flagship gaming desktop tower — strong cooling and GPU headroom for sustained high-end gaming performance.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we first check the drive's own health data (SMART attributes, reallocated sector count) to confirm whether it's actually failing versus just full, then clone your existing drive sector-by-sector onto the new one wherever possible so your OS, apps, and files carry over without a fresh install.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes (longer if cloning existing data)
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Pelhar require different tools than laptop repair — desktop-specific diagnostic equipment. Xigox technicians use a step-by-step elimination process: PSU first, then RAM, GPU, then board. Accurate diagnosis first — saving you from replacing the wrong component.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Customers frequently mention: honest pricing, same-day completion, and OEM-grade replacements. What Pelhar customers value most: "Excellent this repair, done same day with genuine parts." Join the growing community of happy Xigox customers in Pelhar.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site chip-level facility means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Pelhar come to Xigox specifically for this.
Arranging this repair in Pelhar is incredibly hassle-free. Step 1, call or WhatsApp us at +91 74997 61196 to describe your issue. Next, our complimentary collection driver arrives at your Pelhar doorstep within 1–2 hours. The team then carry out a thorough diagnostic (₹350, credited toward your repair). Once you agree, this repair is executed with genuine parts — and your Acer is returned to you. Most repairs done same day.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Pelhar is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Pelhar rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Many Pelhar customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to this job. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Acer units, third-party job is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
There are many repair shops in Pelhar, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in total honesty. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Pelhar.
