How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Distinguishing a battery fault from a charging port fault matters for the correct fix. In Papdy, Xigox runs a quick diagnostic before any Acer Computer Battery Replacement: battery health check, charge cycle count, and charging port continuity test. You'll never pay for a battery replacement if the charger or port is the actual fault.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Acer. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Each issue completed by Xigox in Papdy comes with a comprehensive three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Papdy is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
There are many repair shops in Papdy, however, Xigox stands out for this issue. We believe in complete transparency. Each issue begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert issue in Papdy.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: accurate quotes, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Papdy customers value most: "Excellent the repair, done same day with genuine parts." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Papdy.
Your Acer model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
