10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Trombay repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400074 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Trombay Road, our service coverage extends across Trombay and all surrounding localities. In addition to Trombay, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Shivaji Nagar Govandi, Mankhurd, Govandi East and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Computer gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Trombay; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Computer does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we test whether the issue is the wireless card, the antenna connection, or purely a driver/OS setting — each shows slightly different symptoms — before opening the chassis to reseat or replace the card and its antenna leads.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Bulging or leaking capacitors in Trombay are an extremely common fault on boards older than 5 years — especially after Mumbai's humid monsoon cycles. Xigox's board-level engineers perform targeted cap replacement rather than recommending a full board swap: a ₹500–₹1,500 repair instead of a ₹10,000–₹25,000 board replacement. For Acer Computer WiFi Repair in Trombay specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Acer Computer WiFi Repair.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Trombay is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
We know your time is valuable in Trombay. Xigox plans this job for speed and efficiency. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the job on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Trombay address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.

Your personal data is our top priority during your job. Customers throughout Trombay trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the job, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
There are many repair shops in Trombay, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in total honesty. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Trombay.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site chip-level facility means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Trombay come to Xigox specifically for this.
Don't just take our word for it. Xigox has earned a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR.
