10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Yari Road repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Computer architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Computer — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400061 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Versova, our service coverage extends across Yari Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Yari Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Versova, Lokhandwala Back Road, Lokhandwala and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Acer jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Yari Road. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Computer.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we open the display housing carefully to avoid stressing the hinge brackets, lift out the cracked or faulty panel, connect and test the replacement panel on the open chassis first, and only close everything back up once the picture is confirmed clean edge-to-edge.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A black screen, flickering display, or visible cracks on your Acer — these are the signs you need Acer Computer Screen Replacement in Yari Road. Instead of replacing the full lid assembly, Xigox performs targeted panel replacement — at a fraction of a full assembly replacement. All panels undergoes dead-pixel testing, backlight calibration, and touch verification before delivery.
All this issue performed by Xigox in Yari Road comes with a written 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Not all the repair issues are hardware-related. Our team are equally skilled at diagnosing and fixing virus infections as hardware repair. Common software causes include: a corrupted Windows or macOS installation, a malware infection, blue screens, or boot sector errors. We reinstall and configure macOS cleanly and quickly, preserving your data wherever possible.
A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to this issue. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Acer units, third-party issue is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
