Who repairs your device
Your Acer Veriton M4690G is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

If you are looking for Acer Veriton M4690G repair in Silver Park that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Acer bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Acer boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Veriton M4690G — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you book this with us, we start with a short consultation about what you actually use your computer for, recommend the specific combination of RAM, storage, or other upgrades that will genuinely move the needle for that use case (rather than upselling parts that won't help), and benchmark before and after so you can see the real difference.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
The Acer Veriton M4690G is Acer's business desktop line — tower and small-form-factor options for corporate deployment at a competitive price point.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Desktop PC diagnostics in Silver Park need a different approach than laptop repair — a POST card, PSU tester, and RAM slot isolation. Xigox technicians use a methodical component-isolation sequence: starting from the most common fault point outward. This prevents unnecessary parts purchases — you don't replace a ₹8,000 GPU if the PSU is the real fault.
Not sure what's wrong with your Acer? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Your private information is fully protected during your issue. Residents across Silver Park rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the issue, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Silver Park is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician provides a clear cost estimate covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Can't wait 48 hours? Xigox offers rush this issue in Silver Park for urgent situations. From an important client meeting and your Acer just crashed, our emergency service ensures completion within the same business day. Emergency this issue can be arranged including weekends in Silver Park. Just say 'priority' when calling and our team will fast-track your issue immediately.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site chip-level facility means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Silver Park come to Xigox specifically for this.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Silver Park customers choose Xigox again and again.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Silver Park? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician arrives at your Silver Park address within 2 hours.
