Who repairs your device
Your Acer Veriton M4690G is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a cleaning job rather than a parts replacement, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Veriton M4690G is Acer's business desktop line — tower and small-form-factor options for corporate deployment at a competitive price point.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Business desktop computers cannot afford extended downtime. Xigox offers annual maintenance contracts for 5–500 units in Gholvad: proactive servicing, 4-hour SLA response, and full repair documentation with corporate billing.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Acer. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Following a professional issue in Gholvad, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Gholvad to document the improvement.
Swapping the whole board costs 3–5x more than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's on-site chip-level facility means engineers identify the specific chip and repair at the component level — saving customers thousands of rupees. Customers in Gholvad come to Xigox specifically for this.
Not everyone in Gholvad can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers work on Acer hardware every day specifically for Acer hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Gholvad clients.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Gholvad, it undergoes a rigorous full-system inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across Gholvad.
