Who repairs your device
Your Acer Veriton M4690G is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Bhendi Bazaar repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Veriton M4690G architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Veriton M4690G — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400003 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Clare Road, our service coverage extends across Bhendi Bazaar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Bhendi Bazaar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Null Bazaar, Mohammed Ali Road, Bhuleshwar and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Acer jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Bhendi Bazaar. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Acer Veriton M4690G does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, our technicians configure the printer or device's wireless settings from scratch (rather than just retrying a half-working existing setup), install the matching driver on each device that needs it, and confirm the connection survives a router restart.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes

Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Before your Acer is returned in Bhendi Bazaar, it must pass a comprehensive multi-point quality check. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Xigox's responsibility extends beyond the repair itself. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Bhendi Bazaar customers choose Xigox again and again.
