Who repairs your device
Your Acer Veriton M4690G is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

Most Sion repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Veriton M4690G architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Veriton M4690G models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400022 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Sion, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and other nearby areas.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we run the same structured diagnose-then-repair process we use for every job: confirm the fault, explain the cause in plain terms, quote the fix, and only then carry out the repair — using genuine parts and testing the result before handover.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The Acer Veriton M4690G is Acer's business desktop line — tower and small-form-factor options for corporate deployment at a competitive price point.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Acer Veriton M4690G Onsite Repair for desktops in Sion require different tools than laptop repair — desktop-specific diagnostic equipment. Xigox technicians use a step-by-step elimination process: PSU first, then RAM, GPU, then board. Accurate diagnosis first — saving you from replacing the wrong component.
Your private information is fully protected during your repair. Residents across Sion rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the repair, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.

Replacing an entire board is often unnecessary than fixing the fault on it. Xigox's in-house chip-level facility means engineers diagnose the exact failing IC and replace only that component — a fraction of full board replacement. Sion residents come to Xigox specifically for this.
