Most Thane West repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Veriton M4690G architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Veriton M4690G models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
