Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Veriton M4690G — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, we open the display housing carefully to avoid stressing the hinge brackets, lift out the cracked or faulty panel, connect and test the replacement panel on the open chassis first, and only close everything back up once the picture is confirmed clean edge-to-edge.

For Acer Veriton M4690G Touch Screen Not Working Repair in Mumbai specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Acer Veriton M4690G Touch Screen Not Working Repair.

We reinstall and configure macOS cleanly and quickly, preserving your data wherever possible.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Mumbai is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Before any work begins, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers the repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. When manufacturer warranty has expired, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Quality matters for this issue. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Acer. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your issue will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Premium repair shouldn't break the bank in Mumbai. Because we repair at the component level, we typically save customers 30% to 50% versus authorized brand service centres.
