How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A Acer battery loses significant capacity after 500–800 charge cycles. In Umela, Xigox's Acer Computer Workstation Battery Replacement gives your Acer a second life: genuine-equivalent cells, quick turnaround, and a verified capacity check to confirm you get the rated battery life.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: honest pricing, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to the repair.
