10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most CSMT repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400001 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Crawford Market, our service coverage extends across CSMT and all surrounding localities. In addition to CSMT, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mantralaya, Kabutar Khana, Fort and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Acer jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in CSMT. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Product lines
Acer does not build one laptop — it builds 9 separate series, and Laptop Battery Replacement is a different job on each. Xigox services Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway and the rest of the Acer range. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Laptop Battery Replacement in CSMT. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire, Acer Nitro, Acer Predator and Acer Swift. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
The Acer Swift is Acer's thin-and-light ultrabook line — competing with the Dell XPS and HP Spectre at a generally more accessible price point.
Worth knowing for this repair: Good battery life typical of the ultrabook category.
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Leaving your Acer at 100% charge all day accelerates cell degradation — shortening the replacement battery's lifespan significantly. After Acer Laptop Battery Replacement in CSMT, Xigox explains proper charge cycle habits: practical tips to maximise the replacement pack.
Quality matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use genuine parts for your Acer. Instead of unbranded components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Xigox isn't just for individuals CSMT rely on our issue to maintain productivity. Our corporate solutions include AMC agreements, priority SLA turnaround, and dedicated account managers. Whether you have 5 laptops or 500, Xigox handles this issue for your CSMT office with corporate billing and detailed repair documentation.
Many CSMT customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Acer units, third-party repair is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Your private information is fully protected during your issue. Residents across CSMT rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the issue, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Prior to delivery in CSMT, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. We verify that your repair was executed flawlessly, testing thermal performance. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across CSMT.
Expert issue shouldn't break the bank in CSMT. Because we repair at the component level, we typically save customers 30% to 50% versus authorized brand service centres. You receive identical stellar quality for your Acer, but at a much fairer price. Get your free quote for this issue in CSMT now.
Every repair performed by Xigox in CSMT comes with a documented 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in CSMT is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Acer, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this issue.
Many Acer problems trace back to software. Xigox engineers are just as proficient at resolving software faults as hardware repair. Whether your Acer has: an OS that fails to boot, severe virus damage, driver conflicts, or MBR/GPT corruption. Our team restores Windows 10 or 11 in 1–2 hours, with a pre-backup where needed.
How do you know you need this issue on your Acer? Look for: unexpected shutdowns, overheating, slow performance, grinding or clicking, rapid battery loss, or display issues. If you notice any of these in CSMT, act quickly — waiting often makes the problem worse. Our team can assess your Acer quickly and advise on the best this issue.
