We use OEM or OEM-grade components and tell you which one your quote covers before work starts. Our service covers the full 400001 postal area in CSMT.
That is what the ₹350 inspection is for. Symptoms overlap constantly — the same visible behaviour can come from three different components. We test rather than guess, then show you what we found before quoting. If the actual fault turns out to be something cheaper, the quote reflects that. We've been serving Mumbai City district for over 15 years.
Usually not for long. Left alone, most faults of this kind put stress on neighbouring components and turn a contained repair into a board-level one. If you cannot bring it in immediately, tell us the symptoms on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether it can wait a few days or should be powered down now. Customers across CSMT (400001) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.

Acer Laptop Repair in CSMT — Xigox
Most CSMT repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400001 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Crawford Market, our service coverage extends across CSMT and all surrounding localities. In addition to CSMT, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mantralaya, Kabutar Khana, Fort and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in CSMT; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Laptop.
