If you are looking for Acer Laptop repair in Kalina that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Acer bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Acer boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400098 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vakola, our service coverage extends across Kalina and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kalina, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Santacruz East, Sahar, Vakola and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kalina; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Acer Laptop leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Product lines
Acer does not build one laptop — it builds 9 separate series, and Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix is a different job on each. Xigox services Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway and the rest of the Acer range. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix in Kalina. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire, Acer Nitro, Acer Predator and Acer Swift. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Nitro is Acer's entry-to-mid-tier gaming laptop line — a more affordable path into dedicated-GPU gaming than the flagship Predator line.
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
The Acer Swift is Acer's thin-and-light ultrabook line — competing with the Dell XPS and HP Spectre at a generally more accessible price point.
Worth knowing for this repair: Often has soldered RAM given its thin profile — confirm the specific model before assuming an upgrade is possible.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A broken hinge, stiff lid connector, or trackpad registering phantom clicks on your Acer needs careful disassembly to fix correctly. Xigox engineers use the correct spanner sets and hinge-replacement kits, ensure no secondary damage, and validate every key and trackpad gesture before delivery. For Acer Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix in Kalina specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Acer Laptop Keyboard Backlight Fix.
