Xigox is Kanjurmarg West's leading independent specialist for Acer Laptop repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Acer hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Acer product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Acer Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400078 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near JVLR Junction, our service coverage extends across Kanjurmarg West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kanjurmarg West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kanjurmarg East, Kanjurmarg, Hiranandani Powai and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kanjurmarg West; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Laptop.

Product lines
Acer does not build one laptop — it builds 9 separate series, and Laptop Keyboard Replacement is a different job on each. Xigox services Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway and the rest of the Acer range. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Kanjurmarg West. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire, Acer Nitro, Acer Predator and Acer Swift. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Swift is Acer's thin-and-light ultrabook line — competing with the Dell XPS and HP Spectre at a generally more accessible price point.
Worth knowing for this repair: Often has soldered RAM given its thin profile — confirm the specific model before assuming an upgrade is possible.
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.
The Acer Nitro is Acer's entry-to-mid-tier gaming laptop line — a more affordable path into dedicated-GPU gaming than the flagship Predator line.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Fixing individual keycaps are a quick fix — far cheaper than a full deck replacement. Xigox has replacement keycaps for popular Acer models in Kanjurmarg West: if the damage is isolated, targeted key replacement avoids the cost of a full keyboard deck. When it's Acer Laptop Keyboard Replacement you need in Kanjurmarg West, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Acer Laptop Keyboard Replacement — parts and labour both.
