Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Saat Rasta repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Acer Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400011 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Road, our service coverage extends across Saat Rasta and all surrounding localities. In addition to Saat Rasta, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Byculla, Jacob Circle, Agripada and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Saat Rasta. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Product lines
Acer does not build one laptop — it builds 9 separate series, and Laptop Keyboard Replacement is a different job on each. Xigox services Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway and the rest of the Acer range. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Saat Rasta. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire, Acer Nitro, Acer Predator and Acer Swift. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.
The Acer Nitro is Acer's entry-to-mid-tier gaming laptop line — a more affordable path into dedicated-GPU gaming than the flagship Predator line.
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Keyboard ghosting, cursor jumping, or a snapped hinge on your Acer requires specialist tools to fix correctly. That's the standard Xigox holds for Acer Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Saat Rasta — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Acer Laptop Keyboard Replacement is complete.
