Who repairs your device
Your Acer Predator is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. VRAM overheating, shader cache corruption, and driver-level GPU faults can't be diagnosed with standard consumer tools. Xigox's gaming specialists use dedicated GPU stress-testing tools to differentiate software faults from hardware faults — often resolving what looks like a ₹40,000 GPU replacement with a ₹2,000 thermal repaste. That's the standard Xigox holds for Acer Predator Laptop Backlight Repair in Dahisar East — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Acer Predator Laptop Backlight Repair is complete.
