Xigox is Agripada's leading independent specialist for Acer Laptop repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Acer hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Acer product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Parts for Acer Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400011 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mohammad Ali Road, our service coverage extends across Agripada and all surrounding localities. In addition to Agripada, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mumbai Central, Saat Rasta, Jacob Circle and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Agripada. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Acer Laptop leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

Product lines
Acer does not build one laptop — it builds 9 separate series, and Laptop Software Update is a different job on each. Xigox services Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway and the rest of the Acer range. We regularly take in Aspire, Aspire C, Extensa and Gateway, along with Nitro, Predator, Swift and TravelMate units for Laptop Software Update in Agripada. Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire, Acer Nitro, Acer Predator and Acer Swift. If your Acer model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.
The Acer Nitro is Acer's entry-to-mid-tier gaming laptop line — a more affordable path into dedicated-GPU gaming than the flagship Predator line.
The Acer Predator is Acer's flagship gaming line (laptop and desktop) — high-refresh displays, Acer's most aggressive cooling solutions, and distinctive angular design, competing directly with ROG and Legion.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
