Who repairs your device
Your Acer Swift is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Reay Road repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Swift architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Swift — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400010 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Dockyard Road, our service coverage extends across Reay Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Reay Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mazgaon, Sandhurst Road, Dockyard Road and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Swift gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Reay Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Acer Swift does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The Acer Swift is Acer's thin-and-light ultrabook line — competing with the Dell XPS and HP Spectre at a generally more accessible price point.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Reay Road needs a repair partner that puts quality first. That's exactly what Xigox delivers. Customers across Mumbai come back for repeat service because of our honest pricing and careful approach to Acer Swift Laptop AMC.

Your Acer model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook.
