Who repairs your device
Your Acer Swift is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Mumbai repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Swift architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
We stock genuine Acer parts and OEM-compatible components for every common Acer Swift fault — from screen replacements and battery swaps to logic board repairs and data recovery. Before any work begins, you receive a written cost estimate. Our ₹350 inspection fee is refunded if you proceed with the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400001 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mumbai, our service coverage extends across Mumbai and all surrounding localities. In addition to Mumbai, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Kurla West, Kurla, Kurla East and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Mumbai. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The Acer Swift is Acer's thin-and-light ultrabook line — competing with the Dell XPS and HP Spectre at a generally more accessible price point.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. A Acer battery degrades to 60–70% of original capacity after 2–3 years of regular use. In Mumbai, Xigox's Acer Swift Laptop Battery Replacement restores full-day battery performance: BIS-certified packs, 45–90 minute installation, and a post-service runtime test to confirm full mAh is delivered.
There are many repair shops in Mumbai, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in complete transparency. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Mumbai.
We know your time is valuable in Mumbai. Xigox plans this job for rapid turnaround. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the job on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Mumbai address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
How do you know you need this repair on your Acer? Look for: unexpected shutdowns, overheating, slow performance, grinding or clicking, rapid battery loss, or display issues. If you notice any of these in Mumbai, act quickly — waiting often makes the problem worse. Our team can assess your Acer quickly and advise on the best this repair.
Traveling across town in Mumbai takes hours. That's why Xigox has built a straightforward pickup and delivery network for this job. Simply share your Mumbai address, and our technician will pick up the Acer from your home or office. After the job is completed, it is delivered back fully tested and sealed. Save your time without leaving your desk.
Customers from Mumbai with free pickup and drop. Every job gets a written quote before any work, genuine parts and a 90-day warranty, for a single Acer or a whole office. By trusting us for this repair in Mumbai, your device is repaired at our Virar West workshop and returned tested.

The biggest frustration about repair shops in Mumbai is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Prior to touching your Acer, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you approve the repair.
Businesses across Mumbai trust our job to minimise downtime. We offer annual maintenance plans, same-day priority service, and a single point of contact. From a small team or an entire floor, Xigox manages this job for your Mumbai workspace with GST invoices and complete service reports.
Many Acer problems trace back to software. Our team are equally skilled at diagnosing and fixing OS issues as hardware repair. Common software causes include: a corrupted Windows or macOS installation, a malware infection, blue screens, or boot sector errors. We reinstall and configure macOS cleanly and quickly, preserving your data wherever possible.
Many Mumbai customers wonder whether an extended warranty applies to this job. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. For out-of-warranty Acer units, third-party job is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
