Who repairs your device
Your Acer Swift is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Null Bazaar repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Swift architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Swift — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400003 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mohammed Ali Road, our service coverage extends across Null Bazaar and all surrounding localities. In addition to Null Bazaar, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bhendi Bazaar, Bhuleshwar, Mohammed Ali Road and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Null Bazaar. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Your Acer Swift leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When setting this up from scratch, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Swift is Acer's thin-and-light ultrabook line — competing with the Dell XPS and HP Spectre at a generally more accessible price point.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Acer keyboard backlight issues are often caused by a flex cable fault rather than a full keyboard failure. Before assuming the whole keyboard needs replacing, our engineers check the backlight flex path and connectors specifically — sometimes a connector reseat is all that's needed. That's the standard Xigox holds for Acer Swift External Keyboard Setup in Null Bazaar — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Acer Swift External Keyboard Setup is complete.
There are many repair shops in Null Bazaar, however, Xigox stands out for this job. We believe in complete transparency. Each job begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert job in Null Bazaar.
