10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Saphale Station repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Swift architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Acer Swift — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401102 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Saphale Station Road, our service coverage extends across Saphale Station and all surrounding localities. In addition to Saphale Station, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Saphale Market, Kudan, Boisar East and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Swift gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Saphale Station; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Acer repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Acer Swift.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Acer Swift is Acer's thin-and-light ultrabook line — competing with the Dell XPS and HP Spectre at a generally more accessible price point.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Fixing individual keycaps are a quick fix — far cheaper than a full deck replacement. Xigox has replacement keycaps for popular Acer models in Saphale Station: if the damage is isolated, targeted key replacement avoids the cost of a full keyboard deck. That's the standard Xigox holds for Acer Swift Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Saphale Station — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Acer Swift Laptop Keyboard Replacement is complete.
