10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Kanakia repair shops handle Acer the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Acer technicians are trained specifically on Acer Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Acer work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Acer component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Laptop — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401107 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Mira Bhayander Road, our service coverage extends across Kanakia and all surrounding localities. In addition to Kanakia, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Hatkesh Society, Kashimira, Mira Bhayandar and other nearby areas.
How your Acer Laptop gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Kanakia; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Acer work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Laptop does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

Specific Acer models on our current service list include Acer Aspire, Acer Nitro, Acer Predator and Acer Swift. The Acer Aspire is Acer's mainstream consumer laptop line — everyday computing at a very accessible price point, one of the most widely sold budget-to-mid-range laptop lines on the market.
The Acer Nitro is Acer's entry-to-mid-tier gaming laptop line — a more affordable path into dedicated-GPU gaming than the flagship Predator line.
