Most Kanjurmarg repair shops handle Alienware the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Alienware technicians are trained specifically on Alienware Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Alienware work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Alienware Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, our technicians assess whether the damage is cosmetic or is also affecting internal component fit/alignment (a cracked body section can put pressure on a board or battery underneath), then replace or reinforce the affected section accordingly.
The bottom panel is usually held by a mix of visible and hidden screws under rubber feet — we keep track of exact screw lengths per position, since using the wrong one can crack the panel on reassembly.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Flickering, lines, dim backlight, or complete darkness on your Alienware — this is the signal you need Alienware Laptop Bottom Panel Replacement in Kanjurmarg. Rather than replacing the full lid assembly, Xigox replaces only the damaged panel — saving you ₹3,000–₹8,000 in unnecessary charges. Every replacement screen undergoes full quality checks before delivery.
