Who repairs your device
Your Alienware m16 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Bordi repair shops handle Alienware the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Alienware technicians are trained specifically on Alienware m16 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Alienware work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Alienware component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Alienware m16 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401701 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near NH-48 (Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway), our service coverage extends across Bordi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Bordi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bordi Beach, Gholvad, Vangaon Station and other nearby areas.
How your Alienware m16 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Bordi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Alienware work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Alienware m16 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, we remove the damaged panel section, source a replacement part matched to your exact chassis color and mounting points, and carefully migrate over any attached components (speakers, ports, antennas) that are built into the original panel rather than separate.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes depending on scope
