Who repairs your device
Your Alienware m16 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Talasari repair shops handle Alienware the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Alienware technicians are trained specifically on Alienware m16 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Alienware work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Alienware component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Alienware m16 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401606 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Talasari Road, our service coverage extends across Talasari and all surrounding localities. In addition to Talasari, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bordi, Bordi Beach, Gholvad and other nearby areas.
How your Alienware m16 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Talasari; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Alienware repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Alienware m16.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Alienware m16 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Alienware keyboard backlight issues are commonly a connector issue rather than a full keyboard failure. Before quoting a full deck replacement, our engineers diagnose the backlight circuit directly — often restoring backlighting without any parts cost. For Alienware m16 Laptop Keyboard Replacement in Talasari specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Alienware m16 Laptop Keyboard Replacement.
Not sure what's wrong with your Alienware? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our technicians in Talasari will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
All this issue completed by Xigox in Talasari comes with a written three-month warranty on parts and labour. That means, if anything goes wrong within 3 months, we fix it at zero extra cost. You get a written warranty card with every issue, so the terms are clear.

Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Alienware is returned in Talasari, it undergoes a strict multi-point inspection. Following a professional issue in Talasari, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Talasari to document the improvement.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Talasari is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Alienware, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
