Who repairs your device
Your Alienware m16 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

If you are looking for Alienware m16 repair in Malabar Hill that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Alienware bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Alienware boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. Every Alienware component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Alienware m16 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400006 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). In addition to Malabar Hill, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Nepean Sea Road, Walkeshwar, Kemps Corner and other nearby areas.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we remove the damaged panel section, source a replacement part matched to your exact chassis color and mounting points, and carefully migrate over any attached components (speakers, ports, antennas) that are built into the original panel rather than separate.
