Who repairs your device
Your Alienware m18 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Colaba repair shops handle Alienware the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Alienware technicians are trained specifically on Alienware m18 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Alienware work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Alienware m18 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400005 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Gateway of India, our service coverage extends across Colaba and all surrounding localities. In addition to Colaba, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Cuffe Parade, Navy Nagar, Colaba Causeway and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Alienware jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in Colaba. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Your Alienware m18 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians start with a full diagnostic to confirm the exact cause rather than assuming it from the symptom alone, explain what they find and the options before any work begins, and only proceed once you've approved a clear, upfront quote.
Typical time: 30–60 minutes for most cases
The model
The Alienware m18 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. GPU issues on gaming hardware in Colaba require a very different diagnostic approach. Xigox's gaming specialists use GPU-Z, FurMark, and OCCT to differentiate thermal throttling from silicon failure — avoiding expensive hardware swaps through accurate diagnosis. That's the standard Xigox holds for Alienware m18 Laptop Exchange in Colaba — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Alienware m18 Laptop Exchange is complete.
