Who repairs your device
Your Alienware m18 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Sion repair shops handle Alienware the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Alienware technicians are trained specifically on Alienware m18 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Alienware work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Alienware component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Alienware m18 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400022 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Pratiksha Nagar, our service coverage extends across Sion and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sion, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Dharavi, Sion East, Sion West and other nearby areas.
How your Alienware m18 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Sion; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Alienware work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Alienware m18 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, we fully disassemble the cooling path, clean out accumulated dust from the fan blades and heatsink fins (the single biggest real cause of creeping temperatures), remove the old dried-out thermal paste completely from both the CPU/GPU die and the heatsink contact plate, and apply fresh paste before reassembly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Alienware m18 is Dell's dedicated gaming brand — distinctive design language, high-refresh displays, aggressive cooling, and RGB lighting, aimed squarely at enthusiast gamers across both laptop and desktop forms.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. A gaming laptop or creative workstation in Sion generates significantly more heat under sustained load. Xigox matches the compound and cleaning approach to your workload: high-viscosity paste for sustained high-TDP applications, fan curve verification after the service to confirm your Alienware holds 70–75°C under full load.
Your Alienware model never limits what we can fix. Xigox engineers are trained across all major brands: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Different manufacturers have unique design choices we account for in every repair. This depth of brand knowledge reduces repair time and lowers the chance of secondary damage.
We know your time is valuable in Sion. Xigox plans this repair for maximum convenience. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the repair on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Sion address, perform the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
Longevity matters for this job. That's why our technicians exclusively use OEM-grade parts for your Alienware. Rather than grey-market components, we source from established suppliers. This ensures your job is durable, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
When should you consider it's time for this repair on your Alienware? Watch for: unexpected shutdowns, excessive heat, lagging response, strange noises, battery draining fast, or display issues. Experiencing even one of these in Sion, don't ignore them — delaying often increases repair costs. Xigox technicians can diagnose your Alienware within the hour and advise on the right this repair.
There are many repair shops in Sion, however, Xigox stands out for this job. We believe in complete transparency. Each job begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert job in Sion.
Curious how quickly Xigox can complete repair in Sion? Here's our typical timeline: Step 1 — message us and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Step 2 — our inspection identifies the exact fault. Next — you give the go-ahead via WhatsApp — completely your decision. Finally — this repair is executed using genuine parts at our Virar West workshop, often same day. Then — we return it to your Sion address fully tested.

Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Sion, it must pass a comprehensive 20-point quality check. Our team ensures that the job was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Sion.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Sion is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Alienware, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you proceed with this repair.
