Xigox is Thane West's leading independent specialist for Alienware x14 repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Alienware hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Alienware product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Every Alienware component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Alienware x14 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kolshet Road, our service coverage extends across Thane West and all surrounding localities. In addition to Thane West, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane, Charai, Balkum and other nearby areas.
How your Alienware x14 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Thane West; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Alienware x14 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
