Dell OptiPlex 5400 AIO — Storage Speed Upgrade

“My Dell OptiPlex 5400 AIO was painfully slow despite having decent processor and RAM specifications, and I identified the bottleneck as the mechanical hard drive that was taking forever to load applications and boot the operating system. The Xigox Lower Parel team proposed an NVMe SSD upgrade which required careful disassembly of the all-in-one chassis — a delicate process since the display, speakers, webcam, and other components are all integrated into a single enclosure. The technician cloned my entire hard drive to a one-terabyte NVMe SSD preserving every file, application, and Windows setting perfectly. After installation the boot time dropped from over three minutes to just eight seconds, Photoshop opens in under four seconds instead of nearly a minute, and even large file operations that used to crawl now complete in seconds. The transformation is remarkable for such a straightforward upgrade. First-rate storage upgrade — Their transparent pricing and no-surprise approach makes them stand out.”

HP EliteDesk 800 G9 — Motherboard Fix

“The motherboard on my HP EliteDesk 800 G9 failed after a power outage during the monsoon season, with the system refusing to POST and displaying no video output on either the integrated graphics or dedicated GPU. Two local shops in Lower Parel said the motherboard was dead and needed complete replacement, quoting upwards of twelve thousand rupees. The Xigox technician took a different approach and spent considerable time tracing the power delivery circuit with an oscilloscope. They identified two blown MOSFETs in the VRM circuit and a damaged super I/O chip. Through precise chip-level micro-soldering they replaced all three components, then verified every voltage rail, tested all RAM slots, and confirmed all PCIe lanes were functional. Total cost was roughly four thousand rupees. My computer has been running flawlessly for two months since. First-rate motherboard repair skills — Their transparent pricing and no-surprise approach makes them stand out.”

HP ProBook 450 G10 — Battery Replacement

“My HP ProBook 450 G10 battery had degraded to the point where it would die within forty minutes of unplugging, which made it essentially a desktop computer. At the Xigox the technician used a professional battery analyser to confirm the cells had lost sixty-eight percent of their original capacity. They sourced a genuine BIS-certified replacement battery with the correct wattage and voltage specifications and installed it while I waited. After a full calibration cycle the battery now lasts over seven hours on moderate workload which is even better than when I first purchased the laptop. They provided a six-month warranty on the replacement and the entire process took less than ninety minutes. First-rate work — Their transparent pricing and no-surprise approach makes them stand out.”
