Xigox is Dharavi's leading independent specialist for Apple iMac 24 M1 repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple iMac 24 M1 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400017 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Sion, our service coverage extends across Dharavi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Dharavi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Sion West, Sion, Sion East and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Dharavi. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians run a before/after temperature benchmark under load so the improvement is measurable, not just assumed — checking fan RPM response and idle/load temperatures both before opening the chassis and again after the clean and repaste.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The iMac 24 M1 is Apple's current all-in-one desktop, built around Apple Silicon (M1-M3) in a thin aluminum chassis with the display, computer, and often the power supply all built into one unit — distinct from a typical AIO's separate tower-behind-screen design.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. MacBook screens, keyboards, and batteries are proprietary components — non-OEM parts cause brightness flicker, Touch ID failure, or rapid battery degradation. Xigox sources Apple OEM-grade parts for Apple iMac 24 M1 Overheating Fix in Dharavi: LiquidRetina XDR panel replacements, True Tone-compatible displays, Apple-spec battery replacements — zero post-repair software issues.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Many Dharavi customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Each repair performed by Xigox in Dharavi comes with a comprehensive 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
Fixing the immediate problem is only half the job at Xigox. Prior to delivery in Dharavi, it must pass a rigorous full-system quality check. Our team ensures that the issue was 100% successful, checking port functionality. This level of testing is the reason for our 4.9★ rating across Dharavi.
We repair devices for homes, offices and colleges across Dharavi book us with free pickup and drop. You get a written quote before any work, OEM-grade parts and a 90-day warranty, for a single Apple or a whole office.
