10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Lokhandwala repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple iMac 24 M2 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple iMac 24 M2 models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400053 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Four Bungalows, our service coverage extends across Lokhandwala and all surrounding localities. In addition to Lokhandwala, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Oshiwara, Lokhandwala Back Road, Gamdevi and other nearby areas.
How your Apple iMac 24 M2 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Lokhandwala; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Apple iMac 24 M2 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The iMac 24 M2 is Apple's current all-in-one desktop, built around Apple Silicon (M1-M3) in a thin aluminum chassis with the display, computer, and often the power supply all built into one unit — distinct from a typical AIO's separate tower-behind-screen design.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Apple display panels, keyboard membranes, and battery packs are not interchangeable with standard laptop parts — generic replacements cause functional issues. Xigox sources genuine-equivalent Apple components for Apple iMac 24 M2 Black Screen Fix in Lokhandwala: display panels matched to Apple specs, genuine Apple BMS-compatible batteries — ensuring full macOS compatibility after repair.
There are many repair shops in Lokhandwala, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in 100% upfront pricing. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in Lokhandwala.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.

Step 4 — this repair is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — your Apple is delivered back to your Lokhandwala address with a quality report.
