10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
If you are looking for Apple iMac 24 M2 repair in Thane that is not a brand service centre, this is it. Xigox has run an independent Apple bench since 2011, and our technicians work on Apple boards and firmware every day rather than treating them as an occasional job. More than 1,00,000 repairs and a 4.9-star average rating sit behind that.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple iMac 24 M2 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Talao Pali, our service coverage extends across Thane and all surrounding localities. In addition to Thane, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane West, Charai, Balkum and other nearby areas.
How your Apple iMac 24 M2 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Thane; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple iMac 24 M2 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this exact symptom shows up, we check the battery's actual health (cycle count and current capacity vs. its rated capacity) before replacing it, then safely discharge and disconnect the old cell, fit a replacement matched to your model's voltage and connector, and recalibrate the battery gauge with a full charge-discharge cycle.
A failing CMOS battery typically shows up as a reset system clock or lost BIOS settings every time your laptop is powered off — the replacement is a small coin-cell swap on the motherboard, distinct from the main battery.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The iMac 24 M2 is Apple's current all-in-one desktop, built around Apple Silicon (M1-M3) in a thin aluminum chassis with the display, computer, and often the power supply all built into one unit — distinct from a typical AIO's separate tower-behind-screen design.
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. An Apple Silicon Mac with a display fault in Thane requires specific Apple engineering knowledge. The Apple Silicon architecture limits what third-party tools can access. Xigox's Apple technicians have Mac-specialist expertise: Apple Configurator 2, and True Tone calibration. That's the standard Xigox holds for Apple iMac 24 M2 CMOS Battery Issue in Thane — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Apple iMac 24 M2 CMOS Battery Issue is complete.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Apple. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Xigox isn't just for individuals Thane rely on our issue to keep operations running. Our corporate solutions include bulk repair contracts, guaranteed 4-hour response times, and dedicated account managers. Whether you have 5 laptops or 500, Xigox handles this issue for your Thane office with corporate billing and detailed repair documentation.
We know your time is valuable in Thane. Xigox plans the repair for maximum convenience. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the repair on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Thane address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
Your issue doesn't end when the Apple is returned. Our support line is available daily via call or message. If you notice anything unusual in the post-repair period, just reach out and we dispatch a technician immediately. This promise is why Thane customers choose Xigox again and again.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any repair, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection. While we charge a nominal ₹350, this amount is fully refunded when you approve the quote. Our local experts will explain the exact fault clearly so you can make an informed decision.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this issue — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Thane are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Not everyone in Thane can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers work on Apple hardware every day specifically for Apple hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Thane clients.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Thane is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Following a professional issue in Thane, you can expect significantly better performance: faster boot times, lower fan noise, full-day battery performance, or crisp, bright display — based on what was fixed. Xigox performs a benchmark at the end of every issue in Thane to document the improvement.
Stop letting your broken Apple disrupt your workflow in Thane. Contact Xigox right now to schedule your Apple iMac 24 M2 CMOS Battery Issue. With our 90-day warranty and transparent pricing, your Apple is in safe hands. Schedule your free pickup in Thane via WhatsApp.
