10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Thane repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400601 postal area within Thane district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Vartak Nagar, our service coverage extends across Thane and all surrounding localities. In addition to Thane, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Thane West, Charai, Balkum and other nearby areas.
How your Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Thane; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians check for a battery that's fully dead versus a charging-circuit fault that just looks like a dead battery (the device may power on fine from the wall with the battery removed, which narrows the cause immediately).
Typical time: 30–60 minutes
The model
The iMac 27 5K 2019 is the larger, Intel-based 5K iMac generation (2019-2020) — the last iMacs before Apple's move to its own silicon, featuring a more repair-accessible design than the newer 24" models and genuine user-upgradeable RAM via a rear access door.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. MacBook screens, keyboards, and batteries are proprietary components — non-OEM parts cause brightness flicker, Touch ID failure, or rapid battery degradation. Xigox sources Apple OEM-grade parts for Apple iMac 27 5K 2019 No Power Issue in Thane: LiquidRetina XDR panel replacements, True Tone-compatible displays, Apple-spec battery replacements — zero post-repair software issues.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Need your Apple fixed urgently? Xigox offers emergency this issue in Thane for time-sensitive situations. From a presentation tomorrow and your Apple just crashed, our emergency service ensures your Apple is repaired within the same business day. A common question is whether an extended warranty applies to the repair. Xigox supports insurance claims and can provide the itemised bill your insurer needs — including parts cost, labour cost, and fault description. When manufacturer warranty has expired, third-party repair is typically usually cheaper compared to the official service centre.
Not everyone in Thane can handle complex this issue. Xigox's engineers possess years of experience specifically for Apple hardware. Whether it's a minor fix or advanced component-level motherboard repair, we fix it properly right here for Thane clients.
Your personal data is our top priority during your repair. Customers throughout Thane trust us because we never access personal files. Throughout the repair, your confidential files remain untouched. If a software reset is necessary, we consult you beforehand.
