Who repairs your device
Your Apple iMac 27 5K 2020 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you want more capacity or speed rather than just a fix, our technicians check what your exact model physically supports (maximum RAM, upgradeable slots, supported drive interfaces) before recommending anything, fit the agreed components, and run a full stability and performance test before handover.
Typical time: 45–90 minutes depending on scope
The model
The iMac 27 5K 2020 is the larger, Intel-based 5K iMac generation (2019-2020) — the last iMacs before Apple's move to its own silicon, featuring a more repair-accessible design than the newer 24" models and genuine user-upgradeable RAM via a rear access door.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple's M-series architecture puts everything on a single package — making certain faults more complex. In Poisar, Xigox's Apple engineers are up to date on Apple Silicon failure patterns: I2C bus faults, SMC configuration resets, and T2 secure boot diagnosis. When it's Apple iMac 27 5K 2020 Hardware Upgrade Consultation you need in Poisar, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple iMac 27 5K 2020 Hardware Upgrade Consultation — parts and labour both.
There are many repair shops in Poisar, however, Xigox stands out for this job. We believe in 100% upfront pricing. Each job begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert job in Poisar.
We know your time is valuable in Poisar. Xigox plans this repair for speed and efficiency. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the repair on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your Poisar address, perform the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this job — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Poisar are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Touch ID re-pairing, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Arranging this repair in Poisar is designed to be hassle-free. First, message us at +91 74997 61196 sharing your issue. Then, our free pickup technician arrives at your Poisar address within the same day. Our engineers then perform a detailed diagnostic (₹350, refunded if you proceed). After your approval, this repair is completed with OEM-grade parts — and your Apple is delivered back to you. Total turnaround: 24-48 hours.
The biggest frustration about repair shops in Poisar is surprise bills after the job is done. We've built our entire model around transparency. Before any work begins, our technician shares a written quote that covers everything. You see the exact cost — approve it or decline, no pressure. Our ₹350 inspection fee is fully refunded when you proceed with this job.
Numbers speak louder. Xigox maintains a 4.9-star rating from 9,727+ customer reviews from customers across Mumbai MMR. Common praise includes: no surprise charges, fast turnaround, and genuine parts. What Poisar customers value most: "Same-day fix with genuine parts and clear communication throughout." Become part of the growing community of satisfied Xigox customers in Poisar.
Longevity matters for this job. That's why our technicians exclusively use OEM-grade parts for your Apple. Rather than grey-market components, we source from established suppliers. This ensures your job is durable, backed by our written 90-day warranty.
Every repair performed by Xigox in Poisar comes with a documented 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt with every repair, so you know exactly what is covered.
