10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Malad repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple iMac 27 5K 2020 architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple iMac 27 5K 2020 — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400064 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Western Express Highway, our service coverage extends across Malad and all surrounding localities. In addition to Malad, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Malad West, Dindoshi, Orlem and other nearby areas.
How your Apple iMac 27 5K 2020 gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Malad; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
We back Apple work with a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty in writing, not just a verbal promise. If your Apple iMac 27 5K 2020 does come back with the same fault, we cover it. You keep a direct WhatsApp line to the team that did the work.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For this specific fault, our technicians check the speaker's voice coil and connector for the specific type of damage present (torn cone, loose wiring, blown coil) and replace only the affected speaker rather than assuming both need swapping.
Rattling or distorted audio is often a loose speaker cone or a blown voice coil rather than a logic-board fault, so we isolate the exact cause with a direct speaker test before ordering any replacement part.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The iMac 27 5K 2020 is the larger, Intel-based 5K iMac generation (2019-2020) — the last iMacs before Apple's move to its own silicon, featuring a more repair-accessible design than the newer 24" models and genuine user-upgradeable RAM via a rear access door.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Liquid ingress on Apple MacBook is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery. That's the standard Xigox holds for Apple iMac 27 5K 2020 Speaker Distortion Fix in Malad — free doorstep pickup, a transparent quote in writing, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty once the Apple iMac 27 5K 2020 Speaker Distortion Fix is complete.
