Who repairs your device
Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Apple Mac Mini M2 is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
- Repaired in-house, not outsourced
- Quote approved by you before work starts

Our technician diagnoses your computer and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. Yes — out-of-warranty computers are most of what we handle in Breach Candy. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. Our service covers the full 400026 postal area in Breach Candy.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your computer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Free pickup also available in Pedder Road, Kemps Corner, Tardeo and surrounding areas.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Breach Candy. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the computer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. How it's done
How We Perform AMC Pricing
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
2 What This Requires
- Full internal access, not just external cleaning — most of the value in a maintenance visit comes from what's inside the chassis, not the keyboard surface.
- A before/after record (temperatures, battery health) so the visit has a measurable result.
3 When You Need This
- It's been a year or more since the last internal service.
- You want to catch small issues (a weakening battery, early dust buildup) before they become an actual repair.
- The device is heading into heavy use (a new job, exam season, travel) and you want it in known-good condition beforehand.
The model
About the Mac Mini M2
The Mac Mini M2 is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.
Key features
- No built-in display, keyboard, or mouse — pair it with whatever peripherals you already have.
- Very compact aluminum unibody chassis — thermal design is tight, so cooling-path cleaning matters more than on larger desktops.
- Soldered RAM and storage on Apple Silicon models.
- Broad port selection (Thunderbolt, USB-A, HDMI, Ethernet) relative to its size.
