10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Mahalaxmi repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400034 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Haji Ali, our service coverage extends across Mahalaxmi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Mahalaxmi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Haji Ali, Jacob Circle, Tardeo and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Mahalaxmi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When you book this with us, for an installation or reinstall, we back up your existing files first, install a genuine, correctly licensed copy of the operating system, and install the specific driver set your exact hardware model needs — not a generic driver pack that happens to install without errors.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The Mac Mini M2 Pro is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.
