Yes — ₹350 for the inspection in Gamdevi. Our technician diagnoses your computer and gives you a clear written estimate; if you go ahead with the repair, that ₹350 is adjusted against the total cost, so the inspection itself doesn't add to the bill. If you decide not to proceed, the ₹350 still applies for the technician's time. We also serve Oshiwara, Lokhandwala, Lokhandwala Back Road, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.
We accept all major payment methods for Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro External DVD Writer Setup in Gamdevi: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Yes — out-of-warranty computers are most of what we handle in Gamdevi. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Customers across Gamdevi (400007) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your computer in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. Our service covers the full 400007 postal area in Gamdevi.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Gamdevi. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the computer, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers near Bhulabhai Desai Road in Gamdevi are covered by our free pickup.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your computer rather than a general helpline. We also serve Oshiwara, Lokhandwala, Lokhandwala Back Road, so you can recommend us to neighbours too.

Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro Repair in Gamdevi — Xigox
Most Gamdevi repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400007 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Bhulabhai Desai Road, our service coverage extends across Gamdevi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Gamdevi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Oshiwara, Lokhandwala, Lokhandwala Back Road and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Gamdevi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple Mac Mini M2 Pro.

How it's done
How We Perform External DVD Writer Setup
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians check whether the fault is isolated to one port or affects all ports of that type (which usually points to a controller-chip issue on the motherboard rather than the connector itself) before deciding between a port-level repair and a board-level one.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
2 What This Requires
- A matched replacement connector (exact pin count and mounting footprint), since generic ports often don't physically fit the board's existing solder pads.
3 When You Need This
- Devices aren't recognized at all in that port, even though they work fine in other ports or on another computer.
- The port feels loose or the connector shell is visibly cracked or pushed in.
- Connection drops intermittently — present one moment, gone the next, with no cable changes.
The model
About the Mac Mini M2 Pro
The Mac Mini M2 Pro is Apple's compact headless desktop — you supply your own display, keyboard, and mouse. Built around Apple Silicon, it's a common choice for a small home-office setup, a media server, or a development machine where the display is separate or already owned.
Key features
- No built-in display, keyboard, or mouse — pair it with whatever peripherals you already have.
- Very compact aluminum unibody chassis — thermal design is tight, so cooling-path cleaning matters more than on larger desktops.
- Soldered RAM and storage on Apple Silicon models.
- Broad port selection (Thunderbolt, USB-A, HDMI, Ethernet) relative to its size.
