Who repairs your device
Your Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.

10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Four Bungalows repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400053 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Andheri, our service coverage extends across Four Bungalows and all surrounding localities. In addition to Four Bungalows, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Seven Bungalows, Veera Desai Road, DN Nagar and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Four Bungalows. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, our technicians check signal strength and connection stability both with the laptop's own card and (where possible) a known-good external adapter, isolating a hardware fault from a router-side or driver-side cause before any part is replaced.
Typical time: 20–40 minutes
The model
The Mac Pro M2 Ultra is Apple's top-tier workstation desktop, built for studios and professionals needing maximum sustained performance, internal expansion (PCIe slots on the tower configuration), and the highest I/O capacity in the Mac lineup.
Skip the directories. Book direct for transparent pricing with Xigox. Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook.
