10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most Saat Rasta repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400011 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a repair job on this component, our technicians check the touchpad's cable seating and connector first, since a half-seated ribbon cable is a very common cause of intermittent touchpad faults, before deciding a full module replacement is actually needed.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
The model
The Mac Pro M2 Ultra is Apple's top-tier workstation desktop, built for studios and professionals needing maximum sustained performance, internal expansion (PCIe slots on the tower configuration), and the highest I/O capacity in the Mac lineup.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Water damage on a MacBook in Saat Rasta is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery. When it's Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra Computer Workstation Touchpad Repair you need in Saat Rasta, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple Mac Pro M2 Ultra Computer Workstation Touchpad Repair — parts and labour both.
Not sure what's wrong with your Apple? Before you commit to any issue, Xigox conducts a comprehensive hardware inspection.
