10 questions answered
Send us your question on WhatsApp or call — a technician will answer.
Most BKC repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Mac Studio M2 Max architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple Mac Studio M2 Max — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400051 postal area within Mumbai Suburban district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Kurla, our service coverage extends across BKC and all surrounding localities. In addition to BKC, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bandra East, Kherwadi, Kurla West and other nearby areas.
Straightforward Apple jobs — battery, keyboard, screen, SSD or RAM — are done at your address in BKC. Anything needing the microscope and hot-air station comes back to the lab, with free pickup and drop either way. We confirm within 15 minutes of booking and tell you honestly whether it is a same-day fix.
Your Apple Mac Studio M2 Max leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a clean installation or setup, for driver-specific faults, we identify the exact chipset/controller involved, remove the conflicting or corrupted driver cleanly, and install the manufacturer-correct version rather than letting Windows Update pick a generic one that may not fully support every feature of your hardware.
Typical time: 30–90 minutes
The model
The Mac Studio M2 Max is Apple's high-performance compact desktop, sitting between the Mac Mini and Mac Pro — built around the higher-tier Max/Ultra Apple Silicon chips for professional video, 3D, and audio production workloads.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Apple display panels, keyboard membranes, and battery packs are not interchangeable with standard laptop parts — generic replacements cause functional issues. Xigox sources genuine-equivalent Apple components for Apple Mac Studio M2 Max Driver Installation in BKC: display panels matched to Apple specs, genuine Apple BMS-compatible batteries — ensuring full macOS compatibility after repair.
There are many repair shops in BKC, however, Xigox stands out for this repair. We believe in 100% upfront pricing. Each repair begins with a thorough diagnostic inspection for ₹350, which is fully refunded if you proceed. No surprise fees — only expert repair in BKC.
We know your time is valuable in BKC. Xigox plans this job for speed and efficiency. In 90% of cases, our technicians complete the job on the same day. Our team offers free doorstep pickup from your BKC address, execute the repair at our workshop, and return it to you.
Uncertain about the issue with your Apple? Prior to starting any repair, Xigox performs a thorough diagnostic check. The ₹350 inspection fee, it is 100% refunded if you proceed with the repair. Our technicians in BKC will show you the broken part in plain English so you can make an informed decision.
Your Apple model doesn't limit what we can fix. Our technicians are brand-agnostic experts: HP, Dell, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, MSI, Toshiba, Samsung and Apple MacBook. Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Wondering how fast Xigox can complete repair in BKC? Our standard process: First — call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 and our pickup technician reaches you within 2 hours. Then — ₹350 diagnostic pinpoints the issue. Step 3 — you approve the quote via WhatsApp — zero pressure. Step 4 — this repair is done using OEM-grade components by our engineers, usually within 2–4 hours. Step 5 — your Apple is delivered back to your BKC address with a quality report.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in BKC is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician sends a WhatsApp quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.
Need your Apple fixed urgently? Xigox offers emergency this repair in BKC for time-sensitive situations. From a presentation tomorrow and your Apple just crashed, our emergency service moves your Apple to the front of the line, so most repairs can be finished the same business day. Priority repairs can be arranged including weekends in BKC. Just say 'priority' when calling and our team will fast-track your repair immediately.
MacBooks and iMacs require specialist knowledge for this job — standard tools are not compatible with Apple Silicon architecture. Xigox engineers in BKC are trained in MacBook disassembly protocols: T2 chip firmware, covering MacBook Air M1, M2, M3. Parts are tested before they are fitted.
Many BKC customers wonder whether their laptop insurance covers this repair. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, third-party repair is typically often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
Completing the repair is just the first step at Xigox. Before your Apple is returned in BKC, it undergoes a comprehensive multi-point inspection. We verify that your job was executed flawlessly, testing screen calibration. This attention to detail is why our return rate is so low across BKC.
Stop letting your broken Apple disrupt your workflow in BKC. Contact Xigox today for your Apple Mac Studio M2 Max Driver Installation. Backed by our written parts and labour warranty and transparent pricing, you have nothing to lose. Book your doorstep technician in BKC via WhatsApp.
