Xigox is Sandhurst Road's leading independent specialist for Apple Mac Studio M2 Max repair. Our engineers are not generalists — they undergo dedicated training on Apple hardware, firmware and diagnostics. Since 2011, we have completed over 1,00,000+ repairs across all Apple product lines, earning a 4.9-star average customer rating.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple Mac Studio M2 Max — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 400009 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Dongri, our service coverage extends across Sandhurst Road and all surrounding localities. In addition to Sandhurst Road, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Mazgaon, Dockyard Road, Masjid and other nearby areas.
How your Apple Mac Studio M2 Max gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Sandhurst Road; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Apple Mac Studio M2 Max leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When a component genuinely needs swapping rather than repairing, we isolate whether the fault is the keyboard itself or the embedded controller on the motherboard first using a diagnostic key-matrix test, then replace only the keyboard assembly once that's confirmed, reusing your existing keycaps' layout so the replacement matches exactly.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Mac Studio M2 Max is Apple's high-performance compact desktop, sitting between the Mac Mini and Mac Pro — built around the higher-tier Max/Ultra Apple Silicon chips for professional video, 3D, and audio production workloads.
Tired of middlemen? Work with the actual repair team — Xigox. Water damage on a MacBook in Sandhurst Road is far more complex than on standard laptops — Apple's board layout routes liquid directly to SMC and T2 pathways. Xigox's Apple team uses microscope-aided board cleaning: board traces, connector pins, and USB-C charging components all inspected — then runs full Apple Diagnostics to confirm recovery. For Apple Mac Studio M2 Max Gaming PC Keyboard Replacement in Sandhurst Road specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple Mac Studio M2 Max Gaming PC Keyboard Replacement.
Reliability matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use original-specification parts for your Apple. Instead of counterfeit components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
Your private information is fully protected during your issue. Residents across Sandhurst Road rely on Xigox because we follow strict data privacy protocols. During the issue, your photos, emails, and passwords are completely secure. In cases where OS reinstallation is required, we will always inform you first.
One of the most common complaints about repair shops in Sandhurst Road is hidden charges after the job is done. Xigox operates differently. Prior to touching your Apple, our technician shares a written quote covering parts and labour. There is zero ambiguity — the decision is entirely yours. The ₹350 diagnostic is credited 100% when you approve the repair.

Each brand has quirks in their assembly that our team knows well. Model-specific experience cuts diagnostic time and improves first-time fix rates.
Apple computers demand in-depth knowledge for this issue — generic repair techniques are inadequate with Apple's proprietary design. Xigox engineers in Sandhurst Road are trained in Apple-specific repair procedures: Retina display calibration, covering MacBook Pro 14"/16", iMac 24" M-series, and Mac Mini. All parts are tested to the original specification.
Every repair performed by Xigox in Sandhurst Road comes with a documented 90-day warranty covering parts and labour. Simply put, if the same issue recurs within 90 days, we redo it completely free. Xigox issues a printed warranty receipt every single time, so you know exactly what is covered.
