How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we test the charger and its output voltage first to rule out a bad adapter, then check the DC jack/USB-C port for a cracked solder joint or physically worn connector — the most common real cause — and either re-solder or replace the port assembly as needed.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
The model
The Mac Studio M2 Max is Apple's high-performance compact desktop, sitting between the Mac Mini and Mac Pro — built around the higher-tier Max/Ultra Apple Silicon chips for professional video, 3D, and audio production workloads.
Avoid the directory hustle. Choose a direct service centre with Xigox. Apple display panels, keyboard membranes, and battery packs are not interchangeable with standard laptop parts — generic replacements cause functional issues. Xigox sources genuine-equivalent Apple components for Apple Mac Studio M2 Max Computer Power Supply Replacement in Ballard Estate: display panels matched to Apple specs, genuine Apple BMS-compatible batteries — ensuring full macOS compatibility after repair.
