Who repairs your device
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
When this needs a genuine repair rather than a reset, our technicians document the condition found (temperatures, battery health, dust levels) before and after, so a maintenance visit actually tells you something useful about the device's condition rather than being a routine box-tick.
Typical time: 45–60 minutes
The model
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Don't waste time on booking portals. Reach the engineers directly with Xigox. Apple Silicon in MacBook Air and MacBook Pro integrates CPU, GPU, Neural Engine, and RAM on one die — creating different failure modes than Intel-era Macs. In Vasai East, Xigox's Apple engineers are trained on M1, M2, and M3 diagnostics: the specific failure patterns of Apple Silicon hardware. When it's Apple MacBook Laptop AMC you need in Vasai East, Xigox applies this same standard: a written quote before any work begins, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty covering the finished Apple MacBook Laptop AMC — parts and labour both.
Longevity matters for the repair. Because of this, our team strictly use OEM-grade parts for your Apple. Instead of grey-market components, we use trusted supply chains. This guarantees your repair will last, supported by our standard 90-day warranty.
A common question is whether their laptop insurance covers this issue. We help with insurance claims and can generate the detailed GST invoice required for claim submission — broken down by component and labour. For out-of-warranty Apple units, our repair is almost always often far cheaper compared to the brand's authorised centre.
