Most Nariman Point repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple Laptop architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Parts for Apple Laptop models are held in stock rather than ordered after you book, so most repairs are not waiting on a supplier. Screens, batteries, keyboards, charging boards and flex cables are all OEM-grade. You approve a written estimate first, and the ₹350 inspection is credited back against the repair.
We actively serve the entire 400021 postal area within Mumbai City district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near Air India Building, our service coverage extends across Nariman Point and all surrounding localities. In addition to Nariman Point, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Churchgate, Kala Ghoda, Colaba Causeway and other nearby areas.
Doorstep part replacement (battery, keyboard, screen, SSD, RAM) is available across Nariman Point. For chip-level and motherboard repairs, we provide free pickup and drop — confirming within 15 minutes of your booking. Most common faults are resolved same-day. For complex repairs, we provide a realistic timeline and keep you updated throughout.
Every Apple repair at Xigox is covered by a 90-day warranty on all parts and labour. If the same fault recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge. Our after-repair WhatsApp support means we are always available to answer questions about your Apple Laptop.

Xigox keeps Apple parts and service documentation for 8 Apple series, so MacBook Battery Replacement on a iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro machine is handled by someone who has seen that chassis before. We regularly take in iMac, Mac, Mac mini and Mac Pro, along with Mac Studio, MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro units for MacBook Battery Replacement in Nariman Point. Specific Apple models on our current service list include MacBook, MacBook Air and MacBook Pro. If your Apple model is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — send us the model number on the base sticker and we will confirm parts availability before you book.
The MacBook Air is Apple's thin-and-light laptop line, built around Apple Silicon (M1 through M3/M4) for fanless, silent operation and all-day battery life. It targets students, everyday productivity users, and anyone who values portability over raw sustained performance.
Worth knowing for this repair: Typically 15-18 hours of real-world battery life, among the best in any laptop class.
The MacBook Pro is Apple's performance-oriented laptop, aimed at creative professionals, developers, and power users who need sustained CPU/GPU performance — active cooling, higher-refresh ProMotion displays on 14"/16" models, and more I/O than the Air.
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Worth knowing for this repair: Battery and SSD are often soldered or tightly integrated on newer models, changing what a straightforward "swap" repair actually involves.

How it's done
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
For a full replacement job, we first rule out a charging-circuit fault rather than the battery itself, then — once the battery is confirmed to be the cause — remove it (external latch or internal screws depending on your model), install the replacement, and verify it holds a charge correctly.
Typical time: 20–30 minutes
Why waste time on aggregators? Get direct service without middleman markup with Xigox. An Apple Silicon Mac with a display fault in Nariman Point requires specific Apple engineering knowledge. The Apple Silicon architecture limits what third-party tools can access. Xigox's Apple technicians have Mac-specialist expertise: Apple Configurator 2, and True Tone calibration. For Apple MacBook Battery Replacement in Nariman Point specifically, Xigox follows this exact process from start to finish — free pickup, transparent written quote, genuine-grade parts, and a 90-day warranty on the completed Apple MacBook Battery Replacement.
