Who repairs your device
Repaired in-house by Xigox technicians
Your Apple MacBook is handled by Xigox technicians from start to finish. It is never handed on to another shop. Work that needs the repair bench is done at our workshop in Virar West.
Board-level faults are traced with a microscope, a multimeter and a soldering station before any part is replaced, and parts are fitted only after you approve the quote.
We don't open your personal files during a repair. When a job needs access to your data, such as data recovery or a Windows reinstall, we ask you first.
- Repaired in-house, not outsourced
- Quote approved by you before work starts
- Your files stay private
- Microscope and board-level tools
- Genuine or OEM-grade parts

10 questions answered
We accept all major payment methods for Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix in Bordi: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash. Payment is collected after the repair is completed to your satisfaction — we never charge upfront without consent. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
Yes — out-of-warranty laptops are most of what we handle in Bordi. Once the manufacturer warranty lapses, authorised centres often quote near-replacement prices for a single component. We repair at component level where it is safe to do so, which is usually a fraction of that cost, and back it with our own 90-day warranty. Our service covers the full 401701 postal area in Bordi.
You pay nothing beyond the ₹350 inspection. If we cannot resolve the fault, we explain exactly what we found, return your laptop in the condition we received it, and — where the economics do not justify a repair — tell you so plainly rather than selling you work that is not worth doing. We've been serving Palghar district for over 15 years.
For software faults, setup, upgrades and diagnostics we can work on-site anywhere in Bordi. Component-level work — board repair, screen bonding, liquid-damage recovery — needs workshop equipment, so we collect the laptop, repair it, and return it. Both options are free of travel charges. Customers across Bordi (401701) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
We send live updates over WhatsApp at each stage: collection, diagnosis, quote approval, repair completion, and dispatch. You can reply to that thread at any point to reach the technician handling your laptop rather than a general helpline. Customers across Bordi (401701) enjoy priority same-day scheduling.
Back up documents, photos and anything stored only on that laptop before any repair — with us or anyone else. Most Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix work does not touch your data, but board-level faults and storage failures can be unpredictable. Tell us in advance if the drive holds irreplaceable data and we will treat recovery as the first priority. Customers near NH-48 (Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway) in Bordi are covered by our free pickup.
Our rule of thumb: if the repair costs more than roughly half of a comparable replacement and the laptop is more than five years old, replacement is usually the better call. We tell you which side of that line you are on during the inspection in Bordi, even when the answer means we do not get the job. Free pickup also available in Bordi Beach, Gholvad, Vangaon Station and surrounding areas.
Yes — Xigox operates 9 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week in Bordi, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend pickups are often the most convenient option for people who cannot be at home on a working day. Our service covers the full 401701 postal area in Bordi.
Yes, on request. Any component we remove during Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix is yours, and we will hand it back with the repaired laptop so you can see exactly what was changed. Just mention it when you approve the quote. Trusted by customers throughout Palghar — rated 4.9★ across 9,727+ reviews.
The cost of Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix in Bordi depends on your laptop or computer model and the extent of damage. Xigox charges ₹350 for inspection — refunded if you proceed with the repair — you'll receive a transparent, written quote with no hidden charges. Most standard Apple MacBook Black Screen Fix jobs start from ₹499. Call or WhatsApp +91 74997 61196 for an instant estimate. Our service covers the full 401701 postal area in Bordi.

Apple MacBook Repair in Bordi — Xigox
Most Bordi repair shops handle Apple the same way they handle every other make. We do not. Our Apple technicians are trained specifically on Apple MacBook architecture — schematics, boardview files and firmware behaviour — which is why our first-time fix rate on Apple work is so much higher than a general shop's.
Every Apple component we fit is OEM-grade and batch-tested before it goes into your Apple MacBook — no aftermarket substitutes, no recycled pulls sold as new. You see the part cost and the labour cost separately on the estimate before we start, and the ₹350 inspection comes off the bill if you go ahead.
We actively serve the entire 401701 postal area within Palghar district, ensuring same-day response for every repair request. ₹350 inspection fee (refunded if you proceed with repair). Located near NH-48 (Mumbai-Ahmedabad Highway), our service coverage extends across Bordi and all surrounding localities. In addition to Bordi, we also provide doorstep repairs and free pickup for lab work for customers in Bordi Beach, Gholvad, Vangaon Station and other nearby areas.
How your Apple MacBook gets serviced depends on the fault. Part swaps happen on-site anywhere in Bordi; board-level work goes to the bench because it needs proper rework equipment. Either way collection and return are free, and you get progress updates rather than having to chase us.
Your Apple MacBook leaves with a written 90-day warranty covering both parts and labour. Same fault back inside that window and we redo it free — no argument, no diagnostic fee. WhatsApp support stays open afterwards for any question about the repair.

How it's done
How We Perform Black Screen Fix
What our technicians do, what it requires, and how to tell you need it.
1 How It's Performed
When this exact symptom shows up, our technicians power down your laptop fully, remove the bezel or display assembly screws, disconnect the fragile LVDS/eDP display cable, and swap in a panel matched to the exact resolution and connector type your model uses — then reseat the cable and run a full-screen color/dead-pixel test before closing the lid back up.
Typical time: 30–45 minutes
2 What This Requires
- A panel matched to your exact model's resolution, size, and connector pinout — a mismatched panel will power on but show no image.
- Anti-static handling, since display cables and connectors are easily damaged by static discharge.
- About 30–45 minutes of bench time once the correct panel is in hand.
3 When You Need This
- Visible cracks, spiderweb lines, or dark/discolored patches on the panel.
- A picture that works but flickers, has vertical lines, or shows incorrect colors.
- A backlight that stays off while the laptop itself is clearly powered on (keyboard lights up, fans spin).
The model
About the MacBook
The MacBook refers to Apple's laptop line broadly — we service every generation, from older Intel-based units to the current Apple Silicon models, across both everyday and professional configurations.
Key features
- Unibody aluminum construction — durable, but repairs often require more careful disassembly than plastic-chassis laptops.
- Battery and SSD are often soldered or tightly integrated on newer models, changing what a straightforward "swap" repair actually involves.
- macOS-specific diagnostics and recovery tools, distinct from Windows-based repair workflows.
